Dealing with Change and Building Resilience


Dealing with Change and Building Resilience explores how we can change our attitude to change through a deeper understanding of how we respond or react to change We share how to build strategies that reduce our stress responses and help develop greater change readiness and agility.

This online learning program consists of 6 self-paced learning modules followed by either face to face or webinar-based workshops, for up to 15 people, after modules 2, 4 and 6. There are video tutorials to watch and workbook activities to complete, and each Module builds on the next.  The Program provides practical strategies, techniques and tools to implement resulting in increased confidence to deal with change and resilience skills that help you bounce back stronger and for longer.
