Handling Nervousnesshalf day workshop – Interviews can be very nerve racking, with proper preparation, this can help you shine at an interview. This workshop discussed how. There is practise on interview skills.

Engaging with Professionals a half day workshop on skills to connect in the workplace. Whether in a job interview, around the coffee machine or in a presentation, these skills are vital to help with connecting with work colleagues, making friends or getting to the next level in your career. Practical exercises are included.

Speaking with Confidencea half day workshop focussing on building confidence. This is important for interviews, work presentations, even at the home. Being confident and assertive is important in all aspects of life. The important items to consider are discussed.

Get that Job!a 2 day workshop – Day 1 details the important aspects of presenting in an interview (or in a presentation). You deliver a presentation on your work-life experience and what you are aiming for your next step. Day 2 – Practical aspects of preparing for an interview. Second half of day is interview skills training. Day 1 has a Stylist visit and talk about the importance of appearance. Day 2 has a Human Resources professional speak on applying for work. A highly interactive workshop.
